Hello, and welcome to my website. I am grateful to have this opportunity to introduce myself and tell you about my practice. I am fortunate and blessed to be in the position to represent clients in bankruptcy and estate planning matters.
I grew up in Torrance, California and attended the University of California Irvine for my undergraduate studies. After graduating in the summer of 1998 I enrolled at Loyola Law School in the fall. Upon graduating from Loyola Law School in June 2001 I was admitted to practice in the State of California in the winter of 2001. I am currently admitted to practice in the Central, Eastern, and Southern Districts of California.
After working three years at an established law firm in Southern California, a decision was made to open a law practice with the commitment to give every client high-quality cost-effective legal representation.
Remaining committed to my original vision sets our office apart from the other law firms out there today. From the moment a client hires us he / she has immediate personal access to me via phone, email, or in-person and can expect prompt responses to all inquiries. With modern technology, there are simply no excuses to justify otherwise.

Simply put, clients are not subject to unreasonable delays and excuses. Moreover, they are not charged for copies, pulling credit reports, postage, printing / downloading documents, and other incidentals that are the norm in the legal industry.

When not working, I enjoy watching all sports, playing basketball, and spending time with my wife and everything that comes along with raising two young children.
